Do assessments earn PTO?

No. Assessment characters are always free and don't deduct minutes or award PTO. They exist solely to help you find your level.

What happens at the 180 cap?

You won't earn additional PTO until your 30-day period resets. Your bank balance (up to 500) remains intact.

Can I lose my PTO?

No. PTO never expires — even if you cancel. Only deleting your entire account removes it.

Why 60 PTO minimum?

One hour minimum ensures meaningful redemptions and encourages building a practice habit.

What if I upgrade/downgrade?

Your balance stays. Future conversations earn at your new tier rate immediately.

Can I transfer PTO?

Currently non-transferable. It's tied to your account to recognize individual commitment.
