What does PTO stand for?

Practice Time Ownership. It's a reward system — the more you practice, the more credits you earn to spend on learning tools and rewards.

Do assessment conversations earn PTO?

No. Assessment characters are always free and don't deduct minutes or award PTO. They exist solely to help you find your level.

What happens at the 180 monthly cap?

You won't earn additional PTO until your 30-day period resets. Your bank balance (up to 400 PTO) remains intact.

Can I lose my PTO?

No. PTO never expires — even if you pause or cancel your subscription. Only deleting your entire account removes it.

Do free users earn PTO?

No. PTO earning starts with Coffee Chat ($3.99) and increases with higher plans. Free users can browse the rewards store to see what's available.

What if I upgrade or downgrade?

Your existing PTO balance stays the same. Future conversations will immediately earn at your new plan's rate.
