PTO (Paid Time Off) is our loyalty reward system. You earn PTO points through conversations and drilling, which convert to free minutes.
Starter: Earn 2% back on conversations
Growth/Pro: Earn 2.5% back on conversations
Conversion: 100 PTO points = 1 free minute
A Growth subscriber has a 10-minute conversation. They earn 10 × 0.025 = 0.25 minutes worth of PTO (25 points). After four similar conversations, they have 100 points = 1 free minute that never expires.
Here's how different minute types work:
Subscription minutes: Refresh monthly (unused minutes don't roll over)
Flex minutes: Never expire — use whenever you need them
PTO minutes: Never expire — your loyalty rewards are permanent
Pack minutes: 90-day expiration from purchase
The system uses your monthly minutes first, then packs, then flex, then PTO — so your permanent minutes are always preserved.
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through.
You keep access until your current billing period ends. Any flex minutes and PTO points you've earned remain in your account — they'll be waiting if you decide to come back.
